Dafuq is time?

Time. Time. Time. What's present? When is present? Now? No that's the past already, now? No, again, already the past. So there is past and future, no present, there is no now because NOW is already THEN, two seconds in the past. What about the future you can say in two seconds that'll be the present for one second, but then fractions of that second pass by and that fraction is in the past. Also, are you able to say the futures the present when it's still the future and when we know there's no present? These are the thoughts that run in my head all day and all night and it confuses me because there is really no answer. It'll keep me up all night. I won't sleep, instead I'll spend the time trying to figure out an answer or maybe word the question differently but this one has stumped me. For a good year or so it seems to have gone in circles in my mind. What's your thoughts? Do you have any? Think about it, is it just me?
